Billing Information
GRC will bill your medical insurance (including Medicare and Medicaid) ONLY when complete insurance information is provided. Please have your insurance identification card available. Referreks required by your insurance must be presented before service will be provided.
Patients being seen as the result of a work or auto accident related injury MUST provide appropriate billing information or a 30% partial payment will be required prior to services being rendered. Payment in full is expected at time of services for patients with no insurance coverage unless prior arrangements have been made with our billing office.
We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, personal check or cash.
